The retrial of former Dewey & LeBoeuf executive director Stephen DiCarmine, who is facing multiple criminal charges related to his firm’s 2012 collapse, has been postponed until next year after he appointed a new lawyer to represent him in the case.

DiCarmine’s new lawyer is Rita Glavin of Seward & Kissel, a longtime federal prosecutor who served as acting chief of the US Justice Department’s Criminal Division in 2009.
