What is your most important area of innovation and why?
There are small, cumulative innovations which run through everybody’s job here. We’re all always trying to look for something that will give the client a little bit more value, and that starts with being much more in tune with the client’s business. It’s all about looking for incremental, marginal gains which, taken together, make a big difference.
What’s been your biggest initiative or project this year?
The launch of the consulting business, which we plan to grow substantially over the next two to three years. We’re not the only firm, but we’re probably the only one that’s done it in the way we have; i.e. more like those of the recognised consulting firms. It contains a software business as well making us truly a multi-disciplinary practice.
