Bircham Dyson Bell won Property Team of the Year for its work securing planning permission for the UK’s first nationally significant infrastructure project (NSIP). The Able Marine Energy Park (AMEP), a proposed £400m industrial site for wind turbine factories and renewable energy businesses near Immingham in the east of England, is expected to be operational by 2018.
