Outer Temple Chambers secured this award for its successful repositioning to reduce its dependence on legal aid. As part of this process, the chambers underwent a restructuring by creating two departments: health and business. The support teams for these departments were purposefully given a high level of autonomy so that they have the flexibility to develop the practices in different ways.
