Women must adapt and reinvent themselves if they want to compete with men in the workplace in the long term. This need for innovation is one of the messages set to be presented to female City workers at an event to be held next week in Clifford Chance’s (CC) Canary Wharf offices.

Partners including CC’s global head of people and talent, Laura King, Addleshaw Goddard litigator Clarissa Coleman and Kingsley Napley employment partner Michelle Chance will take part as panellists at the Make Your Own Luck conference on 11 June alongside the likes of ING’s UK legal head, Adrian Marsh.
