While many IT directors are well-versed in implementing large-scale IT projects, the changing landscape of legal services delivery is requiring them to get on board with game-changing projects that fundamentally overhaul the structure and culture of law firms. An expert panel including Oliver Campbell, global head of client service solutions at Clifford Chance, Ian Jeffrey, managing partner of Lewis Silkin, and Nabarro partner Stephen Scott will debate what the appetite for this change is and what the long-term impact will be at Legal Week’s Strategic Technology Forum in June.

As the legal services market evolves, delegates at the event, which will be held in Portugal from 24-26 June, will look at how technology can make everyday project management more efficient. As part of this, Lionel Bird, head of projects and programmes at Norton Rose Fulbright, Debbie Rayner, head of IT and business systems at Ogier, and Mayer Brown global CIO Philip Scorgie will offer tips on how to get lawyers to adopt this technology.
