Eversheds, Pinsent Masons and Squire Patton Boggs have all taken advisory roles on a deal to move HSBC’s UK headquarters from London to Birmingham.
HSBC has agreed to forward purchase 210,000sqft at Two Arena Central in Birmingham from a joint venture between Miller Developments and Pro Vinci Asset Management, called Arena Central Developments.
