Suspended Gibson Dunn & Crutcher partner Peter Gray, who last week was ruled to have misled the court, is now facing legal proceedings for fraud and conspiracy in a separate case.
Gray is currently suspended from Gibson Dunn after a High Court judge ruled that he had “deliberately misled the court” in a case between the Republic of Djibouti and one of its wealthiest citizens.
