Allen & Overy (A&O) has seen a trio of Americas partners quit for Paul Hastings, including the sole partner in its Sao Paulo office, Bruno Soares.
Soares left the magic circle firm on 6 March alongside New York-based Latin America practice co-head Robert Kartheiser and fellow New York partner Cathleen McLaughlin.
