Ashurst secures 10th place in the FTSE 100 category with an overall satisfaction score of 7.23. The firm’s highest scores are for personal/partner relationship, quality of legal advice and service delivery/responsiveness (all 7.8).
Ashurst opened a low cost centre in Glasgow in August 2013 and the firm will be encouraged by improved satisfaction scores from its clients for the firm’s use of legal process outsourcing (LPO) and a flexible workforce.
