Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy has ramped up its Asia team with the hire of Allen & Overy (A&O) partner David Kuo.
The US outfit has recruited Kuo for the Hong Kong office in a bid to strengthen its China offering – demonstrating the firm’s commitment to the region despite relinquishing its local practice licence in March last year.
