Allen & Overy (A&O) and Norton Rose Fulbright are continuing their push into South East Asia with the relocation of senior partners to Singapore.
The magic circle firm has recently transferred derivatives lawyer and head of the Asia trade and commodities finance group Matthew Hebburn to the city from Hong Kong, giving it on the ground derivatives and structured finance capability for the first time, while Norton Rose has moved its head of energy for Asia-Pacific Vincent Dwyer, to Singapore from Sydney.
