Osborne Clarke (OC) has named corporate partner Greg Leyshon as its new head of business transactions, replacing incoming UK managing partner Ray Berg in the executive board role.
Leyshon (pictured), who is currently head of markets, was appointed after a consultation with partners in the practice. He will be tasked with overseeing more than 100 lawyers in the group.
