In 10 years of the Legal Week Intelligence Information Technology Report (ITR), more than 2,000 partners, fee earners and support staff have told us every year the good and the bad of legal IT. Despite the incredible pace of technological change over the past decade, some universal truths continue to hold. Staff still have a strong dislike of any billing-related software or anything to do with printers, while they often give glowing reports on their local IT teams. 

 When asked what three things would most improve their workplace IT experience, responses ranged from ‘nothing – they are very helpful’ to repetitive suggestions of ‘reliability, reliability, reliability’ or ‘training, training, training’.
