Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) has shaken up a number of its departments, including the finance and litigation groups, in an effort to better align the firm’s structure with clients’ needs.

The reorganisations, which took place earlier this year, came after a series of structural reviews by the firm. These included a strategy review last year by executive chairman Robert MacGregor, a separate independent review of the finance department carried out by Jomati consultant Tony Williams prompted by the exit last October of former finance chief Matthew Kellett, and a redundancy programme last May.
