Bingham McCutchen’s longstanding chairman Jay Zimmerman is to hand the running of the firm to managing partner Steve Browne after 20 years at the helm.
Browne (pictured), who splits his time between the firm’s Boston, Silicon Valley and New York offices, will take over leadership responsibilities from 1 June.
