Former Macfarlanes senior partner Sutton joins Numis as non-exec

Macfarlanes former senior partner Robert Sutton has joined City investment banking and broking group Numis as a non-executive board director.

Sutton will chair the group’s remuneration committee and will join both the audit & risk committee and nominations committee.
