US duo land key roles on $1.25bn Jordan bond issue
Dechert and Arnold & Porter have advised on Jordan's $1.25bn (£782m) sovereign bond issue guaranteed by the US Government. The seven-year bond is part of a US Agency for International Development programme (USAID) to assist with Jordan's economic reforms. Dechert took the lead role for sovereign client Jordan, with London-based international capital markets partner Camille Abousleiman leading a team.
