Weir continues to build legal team with new deputy GC role
FTSE 100 constituent Weir Group has created a new deputy general counsel role, as part of an expansion of its legal team. The Glasgow-headquartered engineering company is advertising for a candidate – either a partner at a "major" law firm or an experienced in-house lawyer – to fill the new role to support GC Keith Ruddock (pictured). Ruddock joined Weir in May 2012, following the retirement of Weir Group legal and commercial director Alan Mitchelson.
