Nabarro leads for new client Google on London HQ purchase
Nabarro, Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) and Hogan Lovells have taken roles on Google's acquisition of a site in King's Cross for the development of the technology giant's new UK headquarters. In a deal signed on 17 January, Google was granted a 999-year lease by King's Cross Central Limited Partnership (KCCLP), as well as the right to develop 1,000,000 sq ft of office space and ground-floor retail. A value for the deal has not been disclosed.
