Hogan Lovells, Ashurst and Pinsent Masons have advised on a deal to secure planning permission for the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the long-term legacy development at the Olympic Park.

The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) has secured permission to develop up to 6,800 new homes across five neighbourhoods in the park’s grounds, as well as three schools, three medical centres, nurseries, cultural and leisure facilities and commercial and retail units, with an 18-year construction programme due to start in autumn 2013.
