SJ Berwin has shaken up its partnership board, replacing three out of the ten positions following a firmwide election. The partnership has elected Germany IP-IT and commercial chief Stefan Kruger, EU and UK competition partner Elaine Gibson-Bolton and corporate real estate partner Michael Goldberg to join the board. The trio will formally take up their posts at the start of November and will stay on until 2015.
