The London office of Morrison & Foerster (MoFo) has sealed the hire of corporate partner David Bresnick from CMS Cameron McKenna. Bresnick, who has spent more than 20 years at CMS, made partner at the firm in 1999 after qualifying there in 1992. He currently heads up the technology, media and telecoms group in CMS's corporate department, while he also formerly led the firm's UK private equity team.
