Freshfields, Simmons among advisers on Qatar purchase of BAA stake
Freshfields has advised Ferrovial on the sale of 10.62% of its stake in BAA's holding company, FGP Topco, to Qatar Holding for €607m (£478m). The team advising the Spanish infrastructure group was led by corporate partners Laurie McFadden, Frank Miller and Karen Fountain.
