Blogging is an interesting thing; the only limits in what you can write are the self-imposed kind, obscenity laws notwithstanding. You have the freedom to say what you want, when you want to say it.
The informality of it all conflicts with the stiffness and rigidness of the legal world – but things are changing. Firms are starting to embrace new technology; once the reserve of 18-25 year olds, social media like Facebook, Twitter, even YouTube have been thrust into everyday legal practice perhaps out of necessity more than anything else.
