DAC Beachcroft has made a trio of partner hires across its UK offices, including the former head of Eversheds’ local government group, Judith Barnes, to lead its own practice.
Barnes, who led Eversheds’ local government practice for three years before handing in her notice earlier this spring, will join DAC Beachcroft in September and will split her time between London and Leeds. She previously worked for five local authorities and served as head of legal services at both Greenwich and Lewisham London Borough Councils.
