DLA Piper has expanded its northwest corporate team with the appointment of Gareth McIntegart, the former head of corporate in DWF's Liverpool office. McIntegart, a former in-house lawyer at BAE Systems, will join DLA's Liverpool base on 31 January. Corporate partner Paul Rimmer commented: "I am delighted that Gareth is joining our team in Liverpool. Gareth has a formidable reputation and wealth of experience. I have no doubt that he will make a very significant contribution to the growth of our corporate practice in Liverpool."
