Eversheds and Mishcon roll up as courts building gets new owners
Eversheds has taken the lead role as Legal & General (L&G) Property buys new business courts centre the Rolls Building in a £305m deal. Eversheds head of London real estate Bruce Dear led the team for the firm, advising L&G on the acquisition of the building, which opened its doors for business earlier this month as the UK's new international arbitration and commercial court headquarters.
