Debevoise & Plimpton has appointed corporate chair Michael Blair as the US firm's new presiding partner, reports The Am Law Daily. Blair assumes the leadership role at the New York-based firm after a selection process that involved current presiding partner Martin Frederic Evans consulting with the firm's partners about who would best fill the position.
