Allen & Overy (A&O) banking partner Julian Harris is set to leave the magic circle firm's City arm to join an Irish private investment firm. Harris is due to leave A&O at the end of January to take up a non-legal role at Dublin-based Three Line Capital Partners, a client of A&O. His departure comes after 25 years with A&O, where he qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and made partner in 1995.
