Dundas senior partner dies suddenly at 58
Dundas & Wilson senior partner Ian Cuthbertson has passed away suddenly. Cuthbertson, who was also head of the firm's corporate recovery practice, was 58 years old. A founding member of the International Insolvency Institute, Cuthbertson qualified with Boyds in 1974 and made partner 1978 before in 1979 helping to found Dorman Jeffrey, which then merged with Dundas in 1997.
