“I hated the whole LPC until I did debt finance. I also enjoyed my training seat there. I liked the fact that it was so practical and fundamental to any deal – not just corporate support and very much at the middle. I like the negotiation and I like some of the technicalities in the law. I also have an interest in specialising in transport; either planes or trains, perhaps in asset finance.
