Freshfields has reshuffled the internal management of its corporate practice, appointing new leaders for two of its four London teams. Former global co-head of private equity Chris Bown takes over from Ed Braham to lead the largely private equity-focused ‘team B'. This followed Braham's appointment as Freshfields head of corporate in August this year.
