DLA Piper has appointed a new head of litigation in Italy as part of a seven-lawyer team hire. The group joined today (1 October) from Italian litigation boutique Giuffre Scorcelli Rosa & Partners. The team is led by the boutique firm's former managing partner, Bruno Giuffre, who will now lead DLA's Italian litigation group, and also comprises litigation partner David Marino and five associates.
