Virgin Media has bolstered its in-house legal team with the hire of SJ Berwin partner Charlotte McMillan. McMillan, who was a partner in SJ Berwin's media group, will take up the post of assistant general counsel at Virgin Media, working directly with general counsel Bryan Hall as part of an in-house team of 65 lawyers. As part of her role, McMillan will help to establish a four-lawyer team to focus on TV content carriage.
