Ashurst has bolstered its Singapore office with the relocation of a senior London corporate partner and the launch of a dispute resolution practice in the region. The top 10 City firm transferred Susan Roy to Singapore to lead the office's corporate practice earlier this month. Roy's relocation makes her the first head of corporate for Ashurst's 25-lawyer Singapore arm, which has previously been overseen by office managing partner Matthew Bubb. Roy - whose practice focuses on M&A, including private equity and equity capital raisings - is the fourth partner in the office.
