Bevan Brittan has won a new role to exclusively handle liability claims work for Lloyds TSB Insurance, it was announced today (20 April). The new mandate - which carries an initial two-year term with the option to extend - means Bevan Brittan will advise on liability claims and associated litigation brought against the insurance heavyweight. The work, which will come from Lloyd's TSB Insurance large loss team, will see the firm act in cases where the policy limits of indemnity can reach £10m.
