Norton Rose has created a new human resources role, recruiting a global director of people and talent development from Goldman Sachs. Andrew McEachern will join the City firm next month from Goldman, where he has been serving as chief operating officer of the bank's Europe, Middle East and Africa human capital management division.He will sit on the firm's executive committee and will advise senior management on performance, training and development, and future talent management.
