The acquisition saw a management team headed by F1 heavyweight Ross Brawn buy out the Honda GP team for an undisclosed sum.Taylor Wessing won the mandate as a result of a longstanding relationship with Brawn through the firm's head of competition, EU and trade Martin Baker.
