Berman, who is set to join the City firm's 20-lawyer investment funds and financial services group as a partner later this month (17 March), will work closely alongside group head Bridget Barker.Most recently, Berman - who was called to the Bar in 1997 and qualified as a solicitor in 2000 - headed up the UK business and client management team at Dresdner Kleinwort. While at the bank Berman carried out senior level advisory, regulatory, compliance and business management responsibilities.
