Trowers & Hamlins has made a second round of redundancies this week, with four jobs in the firm's UK offices affected. The layoffs are expected to come in the firm's real estate team, with three jobs likely to go in the Manchester plot sales team, while one job will be cut in Exeter. London is currently unaffected by the cutbacks. The Manchester plot sales practice has ten fee earners in total and advises clients such as Devon and Cornwall Housing Association, Ocean Housing, North Devon Homes, Bristol Community, The Guinness Trust and Signpost.
