Taylor Wessing is gearing up for a management election as UK managing partner Michael Frawley's second term draws to a close. The firm is taking informal soundings about a replacement for Frawley, whose term at the helm will end in August this year. He has yet to give any indication that he will run for a third term. Formal nominations for the post will open after a meeting of the firm's supervisory committee and an election is likely to be held at the end of February. Frawley was elected unopposed for a second term in 2007 but opted for a shortened period for personal reasons.
