Linklaters is set to reveal on Thursday (29 January) the full extent of the review that could see the firm's global partnership cut by more than 35 partners. Associates at the magic circle firm will also be informed of the amount of layoffs the firm is considering - with up to 10% of headcount thought to be affected by the review, dubbed Linklaters New World.The firm's City HQ could see around 10 partners depart by the end of the current financial year in April, although the firm's European practice has been cited by some outside the firm as more vulnerable.
