Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has joined the Confederation of British Industry (CBI). The magic circle firm signed up to the organisation in October last year in a bid to get involved in debates and conferences on issues affecting the firm and its clients arranged by the CBI. More than 110 UK law firms are signed up to the CBI including Linklaters and Clifford Chance, as well as leading City firms such as Herbert Smith, Simmons & Simmons and Berwin Leighton Paisner.
