Alberto Del Din, who heads up the Italian firm's banking and finance group, dividing his time between London and Milan, will join Paul Hastings' Milan office, along with former Bonelli senior associate Alessandro Stoppa, who joins as a partner.Stoppa left Bonelli in 2006 to go in-house with Australian-listed investment firm Babcock & Brown. He focuses on project finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance, restructurings and private equity.
