The firm's management committee - which oversees day-to-day operations - is looking for one new member, with the continental Europe spot - currently held by Madrid managing partner Ignacio Ojanguren - up for election. Ojanguren will continue leading the Spanish office.The management committee comprises six practice area leaders in addition to managing partner David Childs, finance director Stephen Purse, Ojanguren and Chris Perrin.
