Salans is set to transfer its international offices into its UK LLP from the beginning of next year. The move, effective from 1 January, 2009, was voted through at a global partnership meeting last month, where the Anglo-American firm also established a partner group to deal with the financial crisis.The decision means an extra 15 offices, including Paris, will join the LLP, which currently includes only the UK, German and Spanish offices.
