LG has hired an operations director to help manage its real estate practice. John Haewood, a chartered surveyor rather than a lawyer, joined the firm from SEGRO - formerly Slough Estates -late last month to help the firm boost its real estate client base. He will work with real estate co-heads Jon Lloyd and Rabinder Chaggar on business development issues and financial operations. Prior to joining SEGRO, where he was group executive director, Haewood was a director of real estate adviser DTZ.
