DLA Piper has added two lawyers from Dewey & LeBoeuf, with Brian Erickson and Wayne Harding to join its Austin office. The pair join the patent litigation practice as a partner and of counsel respectively. Dewey announced in April that it was closing its Austin office as part of the integration process following the merger of legacy firms Dewey Ballantine and LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae last year.
