Technology company Broadcom Corporation has appointed Arthur Chong as its new general counsel and secretary. Chong officially took up the post last week (31 October) and will report to president and chief executive Scott McGregor. Chong joins the company from Safeco where he served as chief legal officer after his arrival in 2005.
